Board

  • Box stall with run $900: Box stall with run for Horse which will be mucked daily, shavings, turned out a minimum of 2 hours 5 days a week (weather permitting), fed 1-3 flakes hay 2 times daily, fed 5 lb bucket of soaked cubes 2 times daily(when needed for hay shortage), grain and supplements fed if supplied by owner, blanketing/unblanketing, management and oversight of the horse.

  • Dirt pen $700 (with shavings:) $600 (without shavings) Dirt pen for Horse which will be mucked daily, fed 1-3 flakes hay 2 times a day, fed 5lb bucket cubes 2x daily(when needed in hay shortage), grain and supplements fed at lunch if supplied by owner, management and oversight of the horse.
  • Pasture board $600: Stable agrees to provide a co-ed pasture with shelter for Horse, fed 1-3 flakes per horse 2 times daily. Graining not included. Blanketing is an additional $10.00 a day charge if stable needs to blanket/un-blanket.  

Lessons & Training

  • Full Training $800
  • Private Lesson $100
  • Training ride: $75.     

    Monthly Packages 

  • 1 lesson weekly per month (4 total) $400
  • 2 lesson weekly per month (8 total) $600

Lesson packages are billed and due on the 1st of the month. Invoices are sent through Quickbooks via email.

It is riders responsibility to make the scheduled lesson time.
In the case of inclement weather, unmounted lessons we be taught.

Horse Show

Local Horse Show Schooling $100 deposit made 2 week in advance.

Away Horse Shows $300 deposit made 3 week in advance of horses over 100 miles away from home.*Customers that cancel less than two weeks prior to the first day of the horse show are liable for grooms’ expenses and grooming & tack stalls.

Show expenses to be split between all customers:

  • Cost of flowers, bark, etc. for show landscaping
  • Shavings/feed
  • Tack & grooming stalls
  • Travel, accommodations & food for trainer, assistant trainer and grooms

Horse Show Grooming $85 to $100 Fee/ Per Day (depending on show) must be paid in cash by last morning of the horse show to Madchen.

  • Stall set up including bedding, water buckets, and personal tack trunk
  • Tack stall, curtain, and landscape set up
  • Grooming
  • Tacking & untacking
  • Blanketing/un-blanketing
  • Bathing
  • Unbraiding
  • Bandaging/wrapping
  • Feeding/watering
  • Administering medications
  • Stall cleaning
  • Shipping preparations-wraps, meeting hauler, etc.
  • Tear down of stall, personal tack trunk, etc. (mandatory day charge, regardless if horse does not stay for entire show)

Shipping cost $50 Loading Fee $1.50 per mile

Showing Rides: $50 per ride

Horse Sales

Consignment program: 10% commission will be paid to Rock-A-Bye Ranch at the time of sale. Please note that sellers ARE required to sign their own bill of sale. Rock-A-Bye Ranch will not sign as agent, per USEF owner transfer requirements.

 

Grooming Services

Full Body Clip $150

Hunter Clip $100

Bathing $30  A bath is required before clipping. If you would like us to bathe and prep your horse before the clip it is $30. If you prefer to bath, please ensure all dirt is removed from coat.

Blade Replacement fee $30 *only applied if horse is dirty  

Show Trim $40

Mane Pull $30
